Katy Perry has revealed that she is jealous of fellow popstar Britney Spears.

If you're worried that Katy is jealous of the clothes (or lack of) Britney wears or Britters' (sorry excuse for) hair, then don't worry because all Katy wants is to have teeth like the Womanizer star.

In an interview with Youtube.com, the California Gurls star revealed: “I brush my teeth all the time. I wanted them to be, like, Britney Spears- white. I used to grow up seeing her music videos and be like, 'What does she do? Does she get a new set of teeth all the time? They're so white'.”

And Katy is so obsessed with perfect teeth that the star brushes her teeth “all the time.”

“I'm really anal about that because I like good breath. A turn off for me with guys is, like, halitosis...I'm the kind of friend that's like, 'Stick a piece of gum in your mouth, cos I'm gonna save some friendships for you.

“I'll brush my teeth (after) breakfast, lunch and dinner...I did have 13 cavities at one time, so you can imagine why I'm so freaked out. When I was a kid I didn't really go to the dentist a lot...and when I finally went, they were like, 'You might as well get a new set of teeth.”

Rihanna has finished her stint at the O2 as part of her Last Girl On Earth tour and to celebrate, the Rude Boy singer went out and partied at some of London's hot spots.

RiRi staretd off at the Merah nightclub and then headed to Whisky Mist where she partied until 4am!

After performing a full on show at the O2 we have no idea where Rihanna got the energy from. Maybe performing in front of a crowd of thousands gives you enough adrenaline to see you through?!

The singer looked gorgeous in a grey, low-cut blouse with 80's style shoulder pads and teamed it with some figure hugging leggings.

It looks as though ficton has mirrored reality, because Glee’s Lea Michele has been accused of being a diva, just like the character she plays on the show.

According to Heat, Lea has been accused of being “difficult” and is “disliked” by the cast and crew.

A source revealed: “She’s a snob…she sometimes even refuses to talk to junior staff.

“If they ask her something, she just directs them to her assistant and walks the other way.”

Oh dear, we hope Lea hasn’t got a head the size of a hot air balloon after the success of Glee. We don't want to believe it!

Stephenie Meyer only annonced her new novel, The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner on Tuesday but the novella has already broken sales records, shooting to the top of Amazon's best seller list and it's not even available to buy yet!

The short story is a spin off from the Twilight series, featuring a newborn vampire who is bitten by Bella and the Cullen's nemesis, Victoria, as part of her newborn army.

Stephenie has written the book for her legion of dedicated fans and said: “I’d always considered The Short Second Life Of Bree Tanner as something for the fans.They have been so supportive of all things Twilight.”

The author also revealed that she never expected the novella to become long enough to release independently.

“When I began working on it in 2005, it was simply an exercise to help me examine the other side of Eclipse, which I was editing at the time.

“I thought it might end up as a short story that I could include on my website.

“Then, when work started on The Twilight Saga: The Official Guide, I thought the Guide would be a good fit for my Bree story.

“However, the story grew longer than I anticipated, until it was too long to fit into the Guide.”

Stephenie has decided to make the book available to fans for free on her website from 7 June to 5 July.

“Since this story had always been an extra for me, and was meant to be released with the Guide, I wanted to be able to offer it to my fans for free. You all have bought a ton of my books, and I wanted to give you this story as a gift.”

She added: “We still wanted to also produce a physical book with a cool cover that you can add to your set if you like.”

Wizards of Waverly Place star, Selena Gomez, is getting ready to launch her pop career with her debut single, Naturally.

The gorgeous actress' single is out on April 12 and we are excited to see her in her new role as the frontwoman of Selena Gomez and the Scene.

Selena's single is an electro rock and dance pop song with great disco beats and we know it'll have you dancing around with a hairbrush, in front of the mirror, in no time!

Naturally is from Selena's debut album, Kiss and Tell which comes out on 19 April and we've heard it's full of catchy rock-pop gems!

Lady Gaga is one lucky lady after receiving the amazing piano that she used to perform with Sir Elton John, as a gift.

The amazing wacky singer received the piano as a “token of affection” from Canadian designer, Terence Koh, Digital spy can reveal.

It was rumoured earlier in the week that Lady Gaga paid £300,000 to purchase the piano but a representative of Koh quickly put the rumours to rest by saying they were “incredibly incorrect”

The piano, for those who missed seeing it at the awards ceremony looks like two pianos stuck together.

Lady Gaga and Sir Elton must have enjoyed each others company at the awards ceremony so much that there are rumours of the pair collaborating at a charity event in New York next week.

Susan Boyle is on course to score one of the fastest selling albums of the decade.

The Britain's Got Talent star's debut, entitled I Dreamed A Dream, sold 130,000 copies on its first day of release on Monday.

It also looks set to challenge the record for fastest selling album of the year, which is currently held by JLS with 230,000 copies.

I Dreamed A Dream is now almost guaranteed to top the album chart on Sunday, according to the Official Charts Company.

Recorded over the summer, the album features a series of covers, including current single, Wild Horses.

Meanwhile, Boyle, 48, wowed her American fans on Sunday with a sensational performance on The Today Show.

John Mayer has poked fun at Australian Britney Spears fans who were “shocked” to discover that the singer mimes on her Circus tour.

The Womaniser star has been slammed by supporters and critics alike for lip-synching through her recent 'live' shows in Perth.

Which begs the question: what were they expecting?

As Mayer Tweeted over the weekend:  "If you're shocked that Britney was lip-syncing at her concert and want your money back, life may continue to be hard for you."
 
The furore has even prompted politicians in Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales to call for legislation that would force promoters to disclose whether or not an artist will be singing live.

Michael Jackson's mother has said it is still too soon for her to watch the forthcoming movie This Is It.

The film, which is released on October 28, follows the late singer as he prepared for his ill-fated comeback gigs in London.

Fans around the world have scrambled for tickets to see the movie, which will only have a two-week run in cinemas.

But the singer's mother Katherine and sister La Toya have said it is too early for the documentary to be released.

"I don't think I can bear to look at it right now," Katherine told Access Hollywood. "But eventually in time, I will watch it."

La Toya said: "I have no plans to see it. It's a bit too soon for me. It really is."

Directed by choreographer Kenny Ortega, This Is It has been created from over 100 hours of behind-the-scenes footage of Jackson rehearsing.

The singer died on June 25 - just two weeks before his comeback was due to begin.

Rihanna is certainly taking her chances with new single Russian Roulette, which debuted on Tuesday.

The singer has stepped out looking stunning in a number of daring outfits in recent weeks, and looked fiercely fabulous in an eye-patch and suspenders while filming her new video in New York over the weekend.

So it's perhaps surprising that the long-awaited first song from her forthcoming album is a power ballad!!

Slightly more in keeping with her edgy image is the record artwork, which features a topless Rihanna bound in barbed leather.

Michael Jackson's new single This Is It was actually written in 1983, it has emerged.

Representatives of Jackson's estate were forced to make the acknowledgement after songwriter Paul Anka revealed he had written the track with the singer.

The pair penned the track – originally called I Never Heard – for a duets album Anka was recording, and were also credited as co-authors on an early 1990s version by the singer Sa-Fire.

However, This Is It was not initially credited to Anka when it was given its world premiere on Monday.

"They did the right thing," Anka told the Press Association.

"I don't think that anybody tried to do the wrong thing. It was an honest mistake."

Anka has now been credit for the song and will receive 50% of the track's profits.

A statement from the Jackson estate said: "The song was picked because the lyrics were appropriate because of the name Michael gave his tour.

"We are thrilled to present this song in Michael's voice for the first time and that Michael's fans have responded in unprecedented numbers."

This Is It is taken from the soundtrack to the forthcoming Michael Jackson movie of the same name.

The movie shows footage of the late singer, who died in June,  preparing for his ill-fated comeback gigs in London.

A new Michael Jackson song has been played for the first time.

'This Is It' features backing vocals by the singer's brothers and is due to be released as part of a new album on October 26.

The same-titled Double CD, which is comprised of unreleased versions of the singer's songs, is connected to the forthcoming Michael Jackson film documentary, This Is It.

Jackson is known to have recorded a wealth of new songs before his sudden death in June.

But, at present, it is not clear whether the star wrote 'This Is It', or when it was recorded.

Two different versions of the song will be included on a same titled double CD, which also original versions of Jackson's biggest hits.

Previously unreleased versions of the singer's songs and an unheard spoken word poem entitled Planet Earth will also feature.

The new song and album are connected to the forthcoming Michael Jackson film documentary, This Is It.

Directed by choreographer Kenny Ortega, the movie This Is It has been created from over 100 hours of behind-the-scenes footage of Jackson as he rehearsed for his ill-fated London comeback shows.

It is due to go on general release for two weeks from October 28.

Kanye West and Lady GaGa's Fame Kills tour has been cancelled.

Concert promoter Live Nation made the announcement on Thursday, but failed to offer further explanation.

The co-headlining tour was due to begin in Phoenix on November 10 before calling at venues across the US.

Lady Gaga had promised the shows would be “one of the most groundbreaking moments in touring history”.

The cancellation comes a three weeks after West interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards in New York.

The rapper was criticised by fellow musicians and fans over the incident, despite offering a series of high profile apologies.

Refunds are available at point of purchase for fans who had already purchased tickets for the Fame Kills tour.

Britney Spears isn't shying away from sexually suggestive lyrics after the fuss over If U Seek Amy (sounds a tiny bit like F*CK Me if you say it quicky).

The title of her new dance track – 3 – refers to some naughty three-in-a-bed action.

With autotune cranked up to 11, she 'sings': "1, 2, 3/Not only you and me/Got 180 degrees and I'm caught in between.

"What we do is innocent/Just for fun and nothing meant/If you don't like the company/Let's just do it you and me."

Robbie Williams has reunited with his former band Take That to record new material, it's been reported.

The singer is understood to have met up with the group at Mark Owen's stage night in New York.

The reunited friends are reported to have headed to the city's infamous Electric Lady studios, where they laid down their first new tracks together since the star quit in 1996.

A source told the Daily Mirror:  "He is back with Take That in the studio and they're all writing together again.

“Robbie wouldn't be happy performing old Take That songs that he has had no part in.

"But if they can pen new tracks that they're all happy with, they'll record them and he will be back with them on stage."

A spokesman for the band said he was unable to comment on the reports, but did confirm that Take That were in New York mixing a new live album.

The reports come as Williams is preparing to make his solo comeback with new album Reality Killed The Video Star.

Lily Allen's publicist has denied that the Smile singer is quitting music.

Allen posted a message on her blog on Thursday saying she had not renegotiated her record contract and had “no plans to make another record”.

However, Allen's publicist has since told the Press Association: “Lily is not retiring from music.

''She is still promoting her current album which is why she said she is not thinking about her next record right now.''

Allen's comments yesterday came just hours before the star attended an emergency meeting of musicians to discuss the issue of illegal file-sharing.

Meanwhile, Allen has come under fire from the Sugababes newest member Jade Ewen.

The 21-year-old singer told the Metro: “I don't really like Lily Allen. She's not that talented and she's always slagging people off which seems unnecessary.”

Britney Spears is to mark the tenth anniversary of her debut on the music scene with a new single.

The song, entitled 3, is due to be released on November 16 ahead of a new album, Britney Spears: The Singles Collection, a week later.

As well as her new single, the album will contain 17 of her chart topping singles.

An a ultimate edition box set will include all 29 singles housed inside their original sleeve and a bonus DVD.

During the last ten years, Spears, who originally found fame on the Mickey Mouse Club, has sold over 63 million albums.

She is currently touring the US in support of her latest effort Circus, which topped the charts last year.

Peter Andre is to take his two children – Junior, 4, and Princess Tiaamii, 2 – on tour with him, it's been reported.

The singer is said to be planning a 30-date UK jaunt and apparently wants his children to him on stage at some of the gigs.

He told the Mirror newspaper: "I am focusing on the tour and I want the kids to come with me.

“Hopefully they can join me on stage on a few dates. Junior is going to be a little star. He'll be pushing me off the stage saying, 'Daddy give me a go.'"

Andre has joint custody of the two children following his divorce from their mother Katie Price.
